South Super Star Rajnikanth’s forthcoming film Kochadaiyaan (Tamil) will hit the theaters in July.The movie will be released siultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.In Telugu it is releasing with the title "Vikram Simha".Lakshmi Ganapathi Films bought the theatrical rights of this film for Andhra Pradesh region.
Rajnikanth will be seen in dual role in the movie.Shobana and Deepika Padukone will pair up with Rajnikanth in the movie.Kochadaiyaan is the first 3D film in India,made along the lines of "Tin Tin" and "Avatar" and it is being directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya and written by KS Ravikumar.AR Rahman is composing the music.
The film also features R. Sarath Kumar, Aadi Pinisetty, Rukmini Vijayakumar, Jackie Shroff and Nasser.
Kochadaiyaan is scheduled to release on July 5, 2013.
